A 45-Minute Holistic Aromatherapy Session Ocean Rose Aromatherapy is a 45-minute holistic aromatherapy session designed to support the nervous system, emotional balance, and inner calm through intentional breath and scent. Each session begins with a focus selection, allowing you to choose what your body and nervous system need most that day. You’ll then intuitively select an essential oil that resonates with you, which is diffused throughout the space as you are guided into calming breathing techniques and deep rest. Once settled, you’ll rest in a state of warmth and stillness, inhaling therapeutic essential oils while listening to calming music, allowing the body and mind to fully soften and unwind. This session is ideal for those feeling overstimulated, stressed, emotionally fatigued, or simply seeking a quiet, restorative escape.
