Appointment Etiquette


Since reservations are planned to allow the correct time for each treatment, it's important to be punctual.  Time is reserved so you can change clothes and begin your experience without worries.

 

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent 24-hours in advance via email, phone call or text.

*By confirming your reservation online or over the phone, you agree to the terms of this policy.*

If you are late for your scheduled reservation time, I may not be able to provide the full treatment but will perform an abbreviated treatment at the full price.  

After booking an appointment, all clients are required to fill out an intake form that will review their medical history. All information shared remains confidential and is used to discuss skin care goals, to avoid any possible adverse reactions and to ensure the client and esthetician's safety. 

 

A non-refundable deposit is required to book your service. All fees acquired will automatically be applied to the total cost of your service.

 

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us no less than 24 Hours in advance. No shows and Cancellations outside of the 24 hours will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. 

Payment Policy

Ocean Rose LLC accepts all major credit cards, zelle, venmo, apple pay, cash app and exact cash.  Payment is due upon the conclusion of your service.

Cell Phone Policy

Please silence your phone while in the office, so that you may receive the full relaxation benefits of your visit. 

Child Policy

Please make arrangements for childcare during your visit.​

Refund Policy

​If you are a new client, in order to ensure you are receiving the correct treatment for your skin and that you follow a correctly prescribed regimen, please schedule a consultation prior to scheduling a service. 

 

No refunds on services.  If you are in any way dissatisfied with the service you received please contact me immediately so we can reach a solution.

Privacy Policy

I have created this privacy policy to demonstrate my firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information. I respect the privacy of my clients and will not release any customer information to third parties.  Any information obtained is used to process your purchase or maintain your client file only.  Email and physical addresses are used solely for the purpose of communication between Ocean Rose LLC and customers.  I respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of any mailings. If you would prefer to cease receiving mail or email, or to change your preference on how you would like to be contacted, simply let me know and your file will be updated.
